Appointments & Booking
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and fully immerse yourself in the experience. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, but the full service fee will still apply.
Advance booking is highly recommended.
Credit card information or a deposit may be required to confirm appointments.
Clients with active memberships or pre-paid packages do not need to provide a deposit.
Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
Your payment information is handled securely and confidentially through our trusted payment processor.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that schedules change. To respect our team’s time and allow other clients to book, please observe the following:
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance for regular bookings.
72 hours notice is required for packages or extended services.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited booking access.
Deposits
Bliss Beautique reserves the right to request a deposit to secure your appointment. All deposits are subject to our cancellation policy.
Packages & Memberships
Packages are valid for a specific timeframe (e.g., 1-month or 3-month periods).
Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the purchasing client.
Packages include regular services only; upgrades (such as gel polish, blow-dry, or advanced treatments) are available at an additional cost.
Members and package holders receive booking priority and do not require deposits.
Promotions & Offers
Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
New client offers are valid for first-time clients only.
Referral bonuses are granted when the referred client completes a paid service.
Promotional packages are limited to one per client, unless otherwise indicated.
Consultations, Consent & Health
All clients are required to complete a consultation and consent form prior to receiving services.
This allows us to tailor your experience safely and effectively.
For nail services, if nails show signs of fungus (hongos) or a contagious condition, we will not be able to proceed with the service to protect the health of all clients and staff. We will gladly advise on next steps.
Hair Care Philosophy
Your hair’s health is our top priority. Every treatment at Bliss Beautique is designed to restore, protect, and enhance your hair using high-performance products and expert technique. We believe in beauty with care and results that last.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to respect other clients’ time.
Refunds & Adjustments
We do not offer refunds (cash or credit) for services rendered.
If you’re dissatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.
Gift Cards & Memberships
Gift cards and memberships are non-refundable.
Gift cards may be used toward services only, not for retail products.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in advance.
Our team is happy to assist you in selecting the perfect gift or membership.
eGift Cards
eGift cards can be purchased online or in-store.
They may be used for services, packages, memberships, or products.
eGift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Pricing
Our prices reflect the quality and professionalism of our work and may be updated without prior notice. We are committed to delivering exceptional value with every service.
