This was my first time in the salon, found them through Instagram. All I can say is Maria saved my hair! I came in with literally ORANGE hair from dyi at home highlights gone horribly wrong, not only did Maria take the time to thoroughly examine the state of my hair and explain to me the services she would do to fix it, but she also delivered a great result. They were also very upfront with pricing and very transparent with everything. Overall the place had great energy and friendly staff, but importantly, the color service was high quality, which is crucial considering the horrible state my hair was in when I walked in. I walked out feeling like myself again. I recommend Maria all the way!

Cindy did an amazing job with my color correction and grey blending! She took the time to really understand the look I wanted and blended everything so naturally. My hair looks fresh, dimensional, and the grey coverage is seamless without looking harsh or overdone. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and clearly talented at what she does. I had a great time at Bliss Beautique. Came into get a perm from Gloria and was very surprised by the results!!! Would definitely recommend this Salon if you’re looking for a great perm/experience. Salon was also very clean and staff was very nice, I was treated with up most respect. 10/10

I wear a color that is not common; Light Plum, so I called the store, the owner answered & suggested that I go in person for them to see. The following day I went to Bliss , the owner greeted me at the reception desk, took a look & calked Yandra & asked her if she could do it, she said yes! I brought the container that has the brand & color, I told her that I purchased the color at Sally, she took a pic & the owner gave me a week in advance appointment so she’ll have time to get the color. The day of my appointment arrived, Cary , who has done my nails previously, always a wonderful job , wax waiting for me & proceeded to do my nails first, as expected, she did a great job! Then I went to Yandra, she greeted me & told me that she went to Sally’s near her, but didn’t have the color. On the same day of my appointment, she went to the hair supply next door & purchased the color. She gave 2 options, wait until she gets the color, or take a chance on the new one. I had lots of gray showing, & looking at the color appearing in the box, it sore of resembled my color, so went ahead. When she was applying the color I noticed that it was way lighter than my usual color, she said wait until is washed. As predicted, the color was lighter & didn’t cover the gray in my roots! I was very upset & a coworker came with the color chart. She picked one & said that is probably closer to what I wanted, I was angry & frustrated, so we went ahead with a 2nd color application. As Yandra was applying it, I noticed that I had a shade of red that I didn’t want! I was wearing red for a long time. Anyway, the time came, my hair was washed & ready to style. It was NOT what I wanted & I let my dissatisfaction show! At this point, there was nothing left to be done, she said that she didn’t feel confident using a color brand that she’s not familiar with. I also needed a trim, but she hardly cut any hair! I just was annoyed & wanted to leave. This fiasco costed me $115.00 & I even left her a $20.00 tip although I was not satisfied. I tipped $5.00 to the girl that washed my hair. I felt that as a new customer, she didn’t give me her full attention. If her Sally doesn’t have the color, go to another one, Sally has many stores! Even simpler, just order it! Needless to say that I won’t be back! A very dissatisfied customer! 😡👎🏼‼️

Be careful! This is a scam. They offer you something and then they try to charge you more. Not coming back

It took me a long time to find a stylist in Miami, and I’m so glad I found Cindy at Bliss! She did an amazing balayage—it looks so natural and sun-kissed, I am in love! The salon is super cute and welcoming. Make sure you get the cappuccino. It’s the best in coral gables. Overall great experience and I will be back.

Please beware of the prices you are charged, compared to what they offer on their website. I booked a “Balayage - Blissful Sun-Kissed Glow”, which is advertised for $275. After my service, I was given the bill, along with the agreement to sign, with a total of $480, $60 of which was for toner. On top of that, my hair was toned incorrectly by the stylist and was super yellow, which she admitted was her mistake. They fixed the issue and 18 days later, the corrections washed out. I followed up on my overcharge payment of $217 and the salon informed me that I must contact the stylist to get my money, as she left the salon. The stylist claims the salon is to pay me. It is extremely upsetting and they claimed they can’t help me as I signed the form stating “no refunds”.

I’m so glad I found BB! It’s worth the drive from downtown. Cindy is incredible; she is thoughtful and explains her techniques. She is equally talented as FAST! My appointments are always much quicker than I expected. I’ve had extensions, color, gloss, blowouts, cuts, you name it. All have been amazing services. The entire staff is incredibly kind and fun.
